Frank Kalogeris
Frank Kalogeris – hails from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, has been married 23 years and has produced three beautiful children. Kalogeris is born and raised in Bethel Park where he graduated B.P.H.S. in 1988 as a standout soccer player. Shortly afterwards, he completed a Trade School and earned his associates degree in 1992.
Kalogeris started laboring in trenches from the bottom as a tool hand then helper for his father at the ripe age of 13. He later went to work for his uncle at the brisk age of 18. These two men taught him invaluable lessons about hard work, grinding out a project, how to manage men ethically & fairly, and overall how to live the construction life honorably. Those trenches and early days were also where he started his climb up the ladder of success. He progressed to being an apprentice electrician, later a journeyman, foreman, superintendent and then a Project Manager. Kalogeris has physically built numerous projects with his bare hands from scratch utilizing whatever resource, or equipment was available.
His portfolio encompasses millions of dollars of work on projects both large, and small. Kalogeris brings that same “can do” winning attitude to all projects and is Titan Development Group’s. Now, he is building multiple projects with knowledge gained from the trenches, ethics instilled by his father & uncle and utilizing those invaluable lessons learned to lead Titan Development Group daily.
